This window installation for Clove and Creek in Hudson, NY features a fully custom built-in system designed and fabricated to enhance both function and visual impact. A lower bench with integrated storage anchors the space, complemented by bespoke shelving that creates flexible zones for merchandising and future seasonal vignettes. The interior was refinished in a rich green, replacing the original white and establishing a more immersive, architectural backdrop. The décor concept was informed by the atmosphere of an English mudroom, incorporating bundled trees, staged garlands, and trays of ornaments to suggest a moment of transition. The final composition blends spatial design, material craft, and narrative styling to create a cohesive, enduring foundation for ongoing display.
