FarmON! Big Apple Crunch Photo Moment
The ribbon tree from summer gets a fresh fall update to support the #BigAppleCrunch statewide initiative. We updated the ribbon colors, painted apple-filled wooden crates, and built custom wooden apple cut outs to create a photo moment for guests. Guests could take a crunch out of apples from the truck to post on Instagram for a challange resulting in a $1,000 victory school garden scholarship
For the 2022 summer season at FarmOn!, we recreated their classic ribbon tree but with a fun addition, a #VeryPeri truck lounge. Guests can grab fresh food and drink while laying in the back of the truck, under the breezy ribbons. The branded truck also is great for guests to snap a quick photo to remember their experience at Empire Farm.
This year’s tree has over 11 colors and 3,000 yards of ribbon! More color, more ribbons, more fun.

Creates and Provides: educational experiences on a working organic farm, advocacy in policy work, entrepreneurship training for young and beginning farmers with economic development and farm tech consulting for people to experience a connection to where our food comes from and why it remains paramount to the survival of the family farm by training the next generation to feed us.
